Initial Preparation: Extracting Font Attachments, Chapters, and Subtitles

Before the actual encoding, we'll first do the preparations on the source video tracks. We have to break down and get the necessary parts of the source. On this step, I decided to use an mkv source of a high quality and high resolution video.
